History
An entrepreneurial vein runs through all of us, but finding the energy and space to pursue that passion is a challenge. We’ve found that regardless of the environment or setting, the opportunity to meet and discuss challenges and opportunities with individuals from all levels of the organization is the quickest way to begin developing a unique perspective on innovative change. Add in the opportunity to speak with customers, clients, stakeholders, and competitors, and the possibility of discovering a new option for value preservation or value creation begins to emerge. We’ve done this in the craft beer industry, for counter improvised explosive device-focused agencies in the Department of Defense and Department of Justice, and agencies focused on the protection of classified information and personnel background investigations for the federal government, to name a few.
Picual Group LLC opened it’s doors in 2019. We were in Southern Spain helping a friend harvest the Picual olives from an endless grove of trees when we realized that amidst that sea of identical trees, opportunities still existed for creativity and innovation. That’s an area we enjoy immensely, and Picual Group was formed to allow us to support others with that same challenge.
